This Applicant Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information when you apply for a position with 24 Hour Fitness (“24 Hour Fitness”, “us”, “we” or “our”). If you do become an employee with 24 Hour Fitness, your personal information is subject to our Team Member Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Notice does not apply to third party sites or services outside of 24 Hour Fitness’ careers page (“Careers Page”) and application process.

When you apply for a position of employment with 24 Hour Fitness, we collect or receive personal information at various stages in the application process as described below:

24 Hour Fitness does not sell or share applicant personal information for monetary consideration. However, sharing information through cookies and other technologies by us and our third-party provider on our careers and job application pages may be a sale or sharing under the CPRA.
